Working principle
UPT series silicon piezoresistive OEM pressure sensor is an isolation diaphragm oil-filled silicon pressure measurement device. The pressure on the north side is transmitted to the silicon pressure sensitive chip with Wheatstone bridge and precise mechanical structure through the isolating diaphragm and the infused silicone oil to realize accurate conversion of the measured pressure and output signal. Products based on strict process flow in the advanced production line manufacturing, after computer automatic testing, laser trimming sensor zero point and temperature characteristics of the sophisticated compensation to ensure that each product's high precision and high reliability.
